About Patty D

I'm Patty Delgado. I was born in Texas to a Cuban immigrant and an adopted Marine. I am the youngest of three. My brother is in the US Infantry, fighting in Iraq. My sister is studying to be a school teacher.

I am studying Journalism and Sociology at New York University, set to graduate Spring 2010.

My favorite color is red, I'm a Sagitarrius, and I don't really enjoy long walks on the beach.

This photo was taken by my cousin when I visited her in Linköping, Sweden. Sadly I do not own a rustic farm house or stone fence.

As for the website itself, I started this in January 2009, but after studying abroad for a semester, have been unable to launch it until August 2009. The photo used in the design was taken in Indianapolis, in a Catholic rectory I was staying at. The building hadn't been renovated for years, and the walls had this lovely sort of decay. I use CSS to construct the design, copying parts from other websites I've been to (let's not reinvent the wheel here).
